By observing myself during a period of uncertainty, I was able to identify that I was stubbornly pursuing a path that no longer resonated with me. Everything fell into place when I took a step back.

Second key: once you're up high, observe the possible paths. Don't get stuck on just one option. Write down several directions and ask yourself: "Which one really speaks to me?"“
In my case, returning to podcasting and spontaneous interviews has helped me refocus. Even though it takes me out of my comfort zone, that's where I feel the most joy.
Feeling in your body: intuition as a compass
Third key: close your eyes and feel. Each option generates a physical sensation. Contraction or expansion? Light or heavy? Your body is speaking to you. And often, it's clearer than your mind.
Doing this inner scan helps you align yourself. You feel in your body what is right. It's a simple practice, but incredibly powerful.
Write down the good and bad aspects of each solution.
Fourth key: Write down the advantages and disadvantages of each option. See what it costs you, what it brings you.
This process clarifies fears and reveals true motivations. In my case, the fear of the unknown in the face of interviews was present. But the excitement and profound meaning far outweigh it.
Identify the hidden benefit of your confusion
Fifth key: often, a blockage hides a secondary benefit. Remaining vague means avoiding confrontation, exposure, and risk-taking. Identify this mechanism.
You want to move forward but you don't dare? Perhaps because staying in the dark allows you to avoid being judged, to avoid failing… It's unconscious, but powerful.

Sixth key: Picture yourself with the solution found, as if it were already done.. Close your eyes. Feel the joy, the freedom, the inner peace. Create the scene. Your brain will absorb it.
Visualization is a powerful tool, used by the greatest. It's a gentle, but effective, form of reprogramming.

Seventh and final key: sets a powerful intention. Intention is the inner drive you send out into the universe. It guides your actions, your energy, your focus.
